I did not want to have my credit card information saved since I use Google to save that. The button for "save my information" looked like it defaulted to save information, so I tried to reverse it, but it saved the information. I tried to delete the card information but it is still there."

"Great experience. Do some research and you won't be disappointed. The customer returns, air conditioners, were more new, damaged boxes than actual "customer returns". Can't say enough positive things about customer service. Bentonville is where I picked up my first pallet and they were great. Do your research on shipping costs. I had bid on a few pallets from a distant location and soooo glad I didn't win because the shipping costs were greater than my bid. Direct Liquidation does not upcharge the cost of shipping, they do charge sales tax if you don't have a tax ID number. Looking forward to my next great deal."
