"I will email customer support call Matt be told one thing and then when I respond I'm told a completely different. Why because it's not the same person you send the email to random associates instead of the person who I was already in contact with and that makes things more difficult for me and your employee. Your employees don't pay attention, I was told a pallet was in my car and I could purchase it, two days later I received an email saying it was already sold because they messed up and I didn't receive a discount I didn't receive an apology that meant anything. When your employees screw up you owe your customers if you want to keep those customers. "
