Shipping is expensive and they won’t combine shipping. They say “use your own shipping”. Why would a large company not be able to offer a better shipping rate than what I would get on my own. This was our first purchase of this type and lots of help was offered but now that I have a problem, I’m getting nowhere. "

"Sitiation 1:paid 1500 for a pallet of 169 items i only received 140 items after about 2 weeks of back and forth they credited me 170$.When i calculated the 20+ items missing i was owed approximately 270.They told me that i was only receiving a refund for what they paid for the items not what i paid.I didn't agree with this resolution but my options were limited.
Situation 2:On jan.10 i requested to use the credit from the situation above to purchase 4 tvs i won the auction for 260$ i owed about 89 more dollars.It took 48 hours to send me an invoice with the correct amount i owed.Once paid i usually have a 3day waiting period of preparation. An DL employee told me that often the pallet,/products are not together and must be retrieved as they are scattered throughout the warehouse.The employee told me often items are stolen.So anyway yoday is the 17th and after calling to check on my items there's been a technical issue and i can still not pick up my merchandise.They keep saying its been escalated.Those items have already sold and ik that i jumped the gun with that. So far my experience with them has been mediocre at best.

"This website is easy to navigate and manifest is clear- had a great combination of items per load. Only trouble I've had is in the 3 different auctions, each one has had a shirt that has been covered in stains or grease. Not sure how your employees can't see that and should just trash them. Otherwise it's a great site and I will continue to purchase from here!! "

A. The cost of shipping according to my zip code was ~$160 from the cheapest shipment option. That same option jumped to ~$300 after the auction ended. I do not appreciate this discrepancy, and the shipping estimate should be much more accurate before bidders start bidding hundreds/thousands on the product to be shipped."
