Because of the amount of paperwork and scrutiny on CA background checks, we do train our staff to take their time. This is to make sure we are in compliance, and everything on your end is good to go if you ever had to use your firearm or if even if you lost it. Disappointed

"My order arrived relatively quickly. Unfortunately what I received is not exactly what I ordered. I sent an email message to inform Dirty Bird of the problem. As of yet, I have not received a reply to my message. I've held off writing a review, waiting for a response. Instead of a response, I've now received two messages asking to rate my experience. To avoid future problems of this sort, I most likely won't order from them again."

Dirty Service

"Oversold item and wasn’t able to use the credit they issued. Only after multiple attempts was I able to use the credit without using my card. Terrible service and zero service expected. I’d avoid doing business with Dirty Bird, unless you want to hear excuses about their mistakes with zero attempt to make things right. Bottom tier parts match a bottom tier company."
