"well, they were very nice over the phone, but it was over a month before I had the right mirror: I ordered the wrong one due, in part, to confusing descriptions. I had to pay $15 shpg and $3 restocking to return the mirror, because they dont send a shipping label that would save me money and cost them nothing. They sent the right one, but it was defective (here is where they nicely took care of it with no trouble. When they say that the cheap shipping takes 8-10 days, Believe them!
Finally I got the new mirror that was the right one and not defective and its GREAT."
