"I purchased from them through Amazon and returned the item. The seller, Discount Jungle, took deductions "at their discretion". The item was returned in original packaging in the same exact condition it was received. They lied about the condition of the item, however I had taken pictures on the day that it was returned which showed it to be in the same, unused condition. I found this seller to be unethical. He seemed angry at the feedback that I left and was trying to find reasons to keep part of my money. I would never recommend that anyone do business with them. Their low feedback scores are earned. Really rude customer service. "
"I have no idea how I got signed up for Deal Jungles, but found out last year one of my credit cards has been charged $20 a month and I NEVER BUY ANYTHING through Deal Jungles. Cumulatively, over $400 in charges so far. Wrote multiple emails to WHOM IT MAY CONCERN at the support email to tell them to cancel me, or contact me, and received no response. Tried to call the provided number indicated on my credit card statement and it never was answered or goes to a response that sounds like I reached a fax machine. Tried to get my credit card provider to cancel and they told me I needed to get the vendor to cancel the automatic payment. Finally today, went to the terms of service agreement and then reached out to a different number than what was on my credit card statement. Talked to a person in customer service and was told it had been cancelled last month. I hope it is. Will check my next credit card statement. "

Seller refused to respond for over a week and when they finaly did after I reported them they then lied and tried threats and intimidation tactics! "I bought a blender from Amazon. Print out the order (new item) I had no idea what Discount Jungle is. When I received the blender on the box it was written refurbished. I returned the order. Be careful when ordering : #1. Amazon totally disclaimed. #2. Discount Jungle CSR not friendly or helpful #3. I am being charged $18.58 for restocking. I will never buy from this dishonest company or Amazon. The agent told me that I should have gone to the 3rd page to find out that it was refurbished. Such dishonest company. Is this how Amazon treats other customers? shame.... so upset!!!!!

"I purchased a Vacuum from this company but it came without the basic accessories with my vacuum.
When i emailed them to inform them that my vaccuum was missing the basic standard dust brush and extension wand they responded that i had to purchase these Separately . This is unsatisfactory and therefore i emailed Discount Jungle and let them know that i would not be purchasing anything from them again.
I highly reccomend that everyone please be aware of this company they are RIP OFF'S

"Arnold refuses to give me a refund on a pair of $35 jeans I never received. The tracking number shows just shipped for two months now. Arnold said I waited to long to complain! While the whole time I was being nice, thinking Xmas slowed them down from mailing? I didn’t know, but it kept telling me just shipped. He was the rudest person and didn’t care one bit about me losing $35 which is way more than I usually pay for jeans!
