"I tried to write this review on their website after receiving their ineffective product and got a message stating the review is waiting approval. Apparently they screen their reviews.. so I then went and checked the other reviews and sure enough 100 positive. Check out reviews for this product on any other website, their are ALWAYS some negatives. Shady. Do not trust this company. I did actually receive my product though it took a while. It just didn't work at all. Package said it wasn't expired but the product was faulty. Never heard back from the company.
I bought a 6 pack of revolution for 3 cats. Applied all vials (2 applications each cat). This product did not work at all. Took a flea comb to the cats 2 days after application and again 4 days later and they still had fleas. And yes, I applied it correctly.
2 weeks after the first application they were still covered. So we reapplied at the 3 week mark instead of 4 which was suggested by my vet for first time users. Still the same, no improvement.
Additionally, my kitten (the one that brought the fleas into the house) also has ear mites which did not clear up either. We were hoping to treat the mites quickly before they spread to the other two adult cats, as they migrate easily. Now with an ineffective product it's weeks later and we have to start all over. Very disappointed. Feel like I just flushed money down the toilet."
"Wow I am blown away at all the complaints about this company. I have been using them for a couple of years and never had a problem. My last order was on 2/19/2010 and it was delivered intact and on time. After reading all of the problems other people have had I count myself lucky that I had no problems. To think I started using this store because Yahoo had rated it highly and as a legitimate online store, now what does that say about Yahoo and people trusting them?? I am glad to see that they are out of business since so many have had trouble. I guess you pay for what you get as the old adage goes. "

"What a scam. Where do I start. I ordered 12 bags of specialty cat food. I had an immediate charge of $447.99. It did not arrive for 3 weeks. When it arrived it was very poorly packed and one of the bags was split wide open. I looked at the packing slip and it showed 6 bags (not 12) and then the quantity manually changed to 12 (clearly under reporting revenue). Now the website is not accessible and their phone is always busy. I am disputing a portion of the charges to cover the damaged products. WHAT A SCAM!"
"I wish I'd known about ResellerRatings before ordering with Discount Pet Drugs. I ordered both wet and dry special purpose veterinary Dog Food. It reads that way on the paper shipping Invoice! I received dry dog food and wet Cat Food. Now I reach a phone mail box and the on-line site is inaccessible (presents a pop up box requiring a server name and password that I cannot get past). STAY AWAY...! "
"This company is 100% FRAUD!!!. You need to report them to BBB and file any other appropriate complaints with all agencies that deal with credit card fraud and internet business fraud. Ordered $112.98 worth of pet products on 8/31/2010, was sent shipping tracking number which is bogus. Sent numerous emails and tried to call telephone number they have on website but message says full and unable to leave one. After filing a complaint with the BBB of NY where this company appears to be located it and sending an email to the company that told them they will be investigated for credit card fraud and we will prosecute they sent email back stating website was closed and they are out of business. The website is no longer accessable due to a windows login wondow popping up you must hit cancel to access site. Then after reporting them to Yahoo small business where they host their store, we also got another email stating they will be credting our account and refunding us in 24-48 hours. Already filed a reversal with our bank and credit card we used for them to investigate as well. It appears they have done this to numerous customers after reading this board and others..."
"I wanted to return a product I'd ordered. Talked to someone at the company who said he'd mail me a return label. I said why not just tell me what the address was? He said no, he'd send the return label. A month later, no label, and no one answers the phone when I call. Now I can't even get to their web site -- I guess they've shut down. "I have used discount pets drugs for 5 years and have never experience any problem until I placed an order 6/29/10. I was sent an email telling me that my order has been shipped. I quickly sent them and email informing them that I would be moving and send the package to my new address. A month passed and I contacted them to see about my package. They didn't return my phone call but they did return an email. They again sent the package to my old address. These people do not know how to follow direction and I would not use them if I were you. They're as good as rubber crutches. Needless to say I will be contacting the proper authorities on this matter."
"I placed order with this company and never received my order. They dont answer their phone or email. My credit card was charged $128.82 the next day 8/23. I then called their company they used to ship your order and the tracking number was not a working track number. I then called to notify that I still did not have my order and Was told that it was sent. Now here it is Sept 7th and I still dont have my order. I repeatedly have tried to call and no one will answer the phone and the message box is full. I am in process of disputing the charge to my credit card and will file with the better business bureau. On September 10, 2009, I ordered a prescription for my dog from this “merchant” online. On September 16, 2009, when I hadn’t received either the prescription or a confirmation email, I called the 800 number given under “contact us” on the website. A gruff and unprofessional-sounding man answered and said “Yeah, it’s been shipped”.
The following day, I received a call from Chase indicating that there had been 3 fraudulent charges for $1.00 each attempted on my VISA account. I then phoned my veterinarian to verify if Discount Pet Drugs had contacted him to request the prescription for the medication I was purchasing. The vet said that no prescription request had been received from that or any other vendor. Without that prescription from the vet, the product cannot legally be sold.
Next, via U.S. mail I received “the prescription”, which was in a dirty bottle with the safety seal ripped off and it only contained 60 out of the 90 pills I had ordered (and the bottle said 90 tabs). Because the seal was broken, the medicine in the bottle was not safe to use according to my vet, and he said to throw it away.
I then contacted the merchant again via the 800 number, and the same gruff, unprofessional-sounding man answered and told me to fax the order slip with my complaint to his supervisor. I then attempted to fax the requested information, but when the “fax” picked up, there was a recorded fax noise for a few seconds, followed by a residential answering machine message stating no one was home right now. Then, I called the 800 # again and was hung up upon.
I therefore reported to my VISA company that the charge was fraudulent and requested the charge be removed from my account because of the above experience (which they kindly did).
I now think that the three $1.00 charges attempted on September 17, 2009 were probably made by this “merchant” and that the website is bogus, having been put on the web to steal credit cards. Today, just to be sure, I tried calling the 800 number again, and was also hung up upon.
I sure wish i would have followed my initial gut instinct that this "merchant's" low price was too good to be true. What a hassle...I wasted hours of my life dealing with this fraudulent vendor. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

"Wow, I wished I Googled their reviews b/4 I ordered. A week after placing an order, I called to check on the status since the "order status" link had not changed and had the same message:
Please call 1 ***-***-**** for information about your order. Or email us at ****@****
Wondering if something was up with my order, I call...no answer. I email...no reply. Call a few more times and the guy tells me they shipped it yesterday. Wait a week, no pkg. I called again, maybe 10 times to no avail (even getting put on hold for 15 minutes). Finally decide to leave a message and even sent a fax saying if I don't get my tracking info or a response on an ETA within 1 business day I would file a dispute with my credit card company.
I decide to call the next day, one last time and I speak to someone who says they shipped my order...'you didn't get it?' he even asked. Anyway, I asked for a tracking # and he said the shipping dept doesn't come in until 4-5 hours (this is Saturday at 1pm). But said they would email me the info. Didn't get the email...so with no correspondence, I file a dispute w/ my CC. Then I get my order within 5 days.
I don't know which of the above did it but I suggest if you haven't receive your order contact your CC company. Never buying from them again even with the money saved. Not worth the hassle.

Email's go unanswered as well. Order status screen is generic with no updates. If you are comfortable with a lack of communication and you use a credit card to place your order (in case of a dispute) I would buy from this merchant again.
