After placing the order and receiving the discount they sent an e-mail changing the rules for use and denying me my discount. I tried to reason with them that I followed their promotion and expected my discount to be applied and my order shipped. They just respond with generic e-mails that do not even address my email. I have today sent them another email to cancel my order and also close my online account with them. I will never deal with this company again. They make up their own rules for promotions as they go with total disregard for the customer. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!"
"Disney Had a discount code I placed my order on Nov 1, 2002 received my conformation and then they cancelled my order. They stated in a cnet article on the web they would not require people to send in the card with the discount if they had ordered before the posting of the new rules and my order was before that time but they back pedaled on this and now are requiring everyone to send the card with the code or have your order cancelled. Two thumbs down for Disney."
"A seriously screwed up company that does not care about customers in any sense, and I've come across a lot of bad estores in my time. This one takes the cake for truly horrible customer service.
I placed an order with a legitimate coupon code that they, ONE WEEK after, denied me of. My order was outright cancelled unless I can snail-'mail in' a coupon card that never stated such terms. Sent many emails demanding a reply, but no response from customer service over the period of several business days. My credit card funds for the order were tied up since they did not release the hold for ONE WEEK.
To add insult to injury, I have been already spammed by the Disney corporation as they harvested my personal and email information from participating in the order process. This company has proven that customer service is something they have absolutely no interest in.
