" I never spoke to anyone in customer service. Our package that was a Christmas present was never delivered due to a wrong address. It was returned to district lines. We were charged an additional $17 to make the correction. And we could never get a hold of anyone. We emailed and were sent a return email two weeks after original email. We finally sent an email saying to charge us the additional $17 and what our correct address was. Not sure when we will ever get our package. It is now February 2. "
