"I recently placed an order through District Lines. It was a pre-order item for a personalized poster from my favorite artist. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit, it never made it to my address, but instead was being returned to sender, via UPS. I was heartbroken, this is a poster personalized for me, 1/25. I contacted District Lines and received a reply within a couple of hours. They were extremely helpful and considerate. They shipped out another CD (part of the order), and are getting in touch with the artist to create another poster. Really great customer service. "

"This is my first time dealing with District Lines, and part of me wishes I'd read the reviews first, though that same part of me never would have realized that Alternative Press shipped through District Lines and not directly from the source. I placed an order on a bundle of AP magazines on January 25th (JANUARY 25TH!) and now, at the beginning of JUNE have finally just received shipping confirmation. In the same go, I purchased a PRE-ORDER package for a friend, she received hers within the week. ????? Tried to contact customer service via email only to immediately have my request status updated to "resolved" with absolutely no answer. It seems as though District Lines is fairly inconsistent with the integrity of their shipping. Won't do business with them again if I can avoid it, and as I love Alternative Press, here's to hoping they find a more reliable online retailer. "

"Overall poor experience. Placed order wed paid extra to get 2day shipping which I expected to be friday. Nowhere that i seen did it give me an arrive by date not even on my invoice. I expect see an estimated date on all websites why isnt this standard? Especially when you pay more to receive an order early! UPS apparently attempted delivery Tuesday but never left a note. Same thing wed and thurs. Finally i checked to see what was going on and they said they would send it back if i didnt pick it up. I will probably buy somewhere else if it is available from now on, especially if they ship FedEx! UPS isnt apartment friendly!"

One call to District Lines and the problem was resolved and I had a refund within 3 days. The t shirt is of good quality and light weight. The screen print is all there and you can even read the dates to all the concerts on the back. I an completely satisfied with my experience shopping at District Lines."
