This time I ordered on November 25 and the status went to "Shipping to 2" from then until December 6. Almost 2 weeks later! I recieved no notification or status change. I had to call on my dime to find out that the order did not make it and the were reordering it. Again no notification. I live in a remote area and prefer giving business to my local hardware store. They had good prices, but as of yet I have not recieved what I had wanted in my order, let me explain.

I ordered a SKU: 573766, and in the website the description was exactly what I needed, it said:

"Plug-in Simple wiring kits. No cutting, no splicing, saves time. Unplug your vehicle's factory wiring harness and plug in a Hoppy T-connector and extension. That's how easy trailer wiring is with a Plug-in Simple wiring kit. Features OEM connectors for a perfect, weather-tight fit. The kit provides a 4-wire flat connector for your trailer."

But I recieved a 7 pin to 4 pin flat wiring converter. I looked closer and it was Hopkins Mfg. Model 41155 on their website, but on Hopkins Mfg. that model that they show a picture of and describ in the website is Hopkins Mfg. Model 41165, so they have 1 number wrong. So I have recived the wrong part compaired to what their website had suggested.

As of right now, I understand mistakes do happen, but I am NOT happy that they still haven't called me back after I left my call back information on thier answering machine and have written many different departments by e-mail. All I want is Part Number 41165 instead of the mislabeled 41155.

UPDATE: It seems they are great to work with once you get ahold of them, they didn't sell the item they listed but gave a refund for my troubles. A big thumbs up once I got to work with them, Kudos! "
