"My wife placed an order with them in Sept 2012. Products and shipping are fine. However, their protection of our credit card information is poor. We discovered this in early Feb 2013 when a restaurant declined our credit card. Our credit card company said that earlier that day they spotted several small purchases on our card followed by an attempt at a large purchase so they froze our card. Knitting websites such as Ravelry.com has users reporting the same thing. Apparently Crafts Americana, the parent company of KnitPicks, had a security breach on their servers that was not discovered for a period of time. In the meantime, customer information they had on file was stolen. Crafts Americana has been slow to inform customers. We discovered the particulars of this situation through Ravelry.com and the internet, not via any direct communication from Crafts Americana. Their letter to customers, available on the web and which we still have not received, advises us to monitor our accounts. Uneasy about doing any future business with them."

"Not sure why the negative reviews here. Our family uses them for three of our phones, and they have been efficient, responsive and friendly. Have recommended them to our friends and family, and they've been happy too. Their website could use updating, but they say they are working on it. For me, their prices and service are excellent."

"Have ordered twice from Steve's, and have been pleased with the window coverings we've received. Their prices are excellent compared to local department and big box stores, especially if you catch their sales when when offer an extra 10% or 15% off coupon. Not sure why the reviews are negative. We measured our windows carefully, and the cellular blinds and vertical blinds we've ordered fit and look great."

"Ordered a set of cable chains on Dec 26th, got prompt order confirmation e-mail and shipping notification e-mail, they arrived Jan 5th. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size chains. Their website says the best way to contact them is e-mail, and they will do their best to respond in under 8 business hours. Well, it took them 2 days to respond by e-mail. They did sent a replacement set of chains which finally arrived Jan 15th, 20 days after my initial order. I did not get a shipping confirmation e-mail for the replacement chains or the tracking number I requested. They finally got the order right, but it took a long time and customer service did not give timely response. To be fair, maybe they are overwhelmed by customers this winter, but if so, they shouldn't promise under 8 hours to reply to e-mails."

"FAST SHIPPING. Ordered replacement tailgate struts for my Honda Civic hatchback at 11am on April 23. UPS delivered at 11am on April 24th to my home in Washington state! Quality aftermarket struts, installed easily, work great. How can you not like 24 hour delivery?"

"Excellent customer service. My first order with them. I ordered a sealed lead acid battery for my home security system. The shipment from UPS arrived damaged ... hole in shipping carton + hole in bubble wrap = dent in side of battery. I called customer service and they were courteous and efficient throughout the RMA process. After UPS credited them for the damage, Atbatt promptly sent me another battery. Would do business with them again."

"Ordered a pair of sunclips for my glasses. Customer service is VERY helpful. They e-mailed to tell me the model I ordered wouldn't fit my glasses based on the frame size information I sent, and they suggested instead an alternative sunclip, which worked perfectly. Would order from them again."
