Very bad customer service!!! Update
"Ordered I product shipped to my local store just got a email that it shipped what!!!! I ordered it two weeks ago I'm a contractor and order a lot of tools on line and this is by far the worst I've ordered tools from China that has been faster waiting for three weeks is not a opinion for me . just got off the the phone with customer service the fix my problem on the spot! Up in my stars to five fir that reason great customer service!!!!"
