Cancelled an order a week after it should have been delivered. Takes ages to answer. Simply is not reliable. Do not adhere to EU consumer rights laws.

"I ordered pants in Dockers online store and made a mistake – I ordered size 44W X 32L, but I need 42W X 32L. In 20 minutes later I send msg to customer service, and on next day called by phone ***-***-****. But it is BIG problem for Dockers store to change size in my order!!!
By Dockers police I have to receive my pants with incorrect size, after that send it back with exchange request!!! First time in my life I’m seeing such method to work with customer. They do not respect customer at all.
They working crazy way – that’s looks like company experienced some economical problems and will be out of business soon.

Beware of their policies. I placed an order and then called to cancel it. The CSR gave me some BS about a 5-10 minute window they had to cancel orders. She said she is waiting for the order to fall within a window, whatever @#%@^ that means, and she tried it 6 times but now cannot cancel it. ............ Total BS @#$%*(^^% "
