"Beware of their policies. I placed an order and then called to cancel it. The CSR gave me some BS about a 5-10 minute window they had to cancel orders. She said she is waiting for the order to fall within a window, whatever @#%@^ that means, and she tried it 6 times but now cannot cancel it. ............ Total BS @#$%*(^^%"
"I had ordered a Canon - A400/IP3000KIT 3.2 MegaPixel Digital Camera and PIXMA Photo Printer Kit. The order went thro' and I got a e-mail confirming the order and saying that I will soon receive a shipping confirmation mail.
Since then, it's been nearly two weeks and quite a few calls to the CSR. Today I get a e-mail stating that they couldn't fulfill my offer and so cancelled it.
If they didn't have it in stock, they shouldn't have accepted it in the first place.
I really needed the camera to present it to someone. If they had informed me earlier of the camera being out of Stock, I would have gone for other deals.
Crappy CSRs too. Not polite the least bit."
