"I've ordered from Dolls Kill probably 5 or 6 times by this point. I really haven't had a problem with them before - lightning fast processing, great shipping, always having sales and discounts, etc.
However, recently they seemed to have swapped their shipping carriers from USPS to DHL (at least when shipping to Canada). I know this isn't Dolls Kill's fault, but DHL is an awful shipping company. The first package was kept in the United States for no reason for 10 days, then when I called DHL they rudely told me that my package actually was in Canada (despite no Canada Post tracking updates - Canada post DOES update tracking before it goes through customs despite what DHL says), then they charged me an extra 12.88$ when I picked up my package from the post office. This was the first time with DHL, but the second time was different. No extra fee, but again, they did keep my package in the United States for no reason for 10 days.
I know none of that is Dolls Kill's fault, but it still bothers me since I had no issue when they used to ship through USPS. I honestly wish they would ship with USPS again."

Very impressed with both the speed and cost of shipping and how well it was packaged. I placed my order May 30th, it shipped June 1st, and arrived June 3rd. Great turn around for a reasonable $5 shipping charge. My palette was double bubble wrapped and shipped in a box for extra safety. The product arrived undamaged. Great experience overall. "
