"I purchased a lace bolero jacket and tiara from dreamprom.com. While the shipping was faster than expected, I received the wrong tiara from them. It looked NOTHING like the picture. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to send pictures. I sent pictures. They told me that they had contacted their provider and the tiara I had ordered was out of stock. Since when do you send a completely different tiara without letting the customer know? They offered me a discount on my next purchase with them as a "consolation prize." No thank you. I will be fighting with them for the next few weeks contesting the charge with my credit card company, since they will not simply refund the money for the error they created.

"I was a bit disappointed, to say the least, with the dress we ordered. The picture of the dress on the website certainly looked much better than the dress we received. The workmanship left quite a bit to be desired as well. I took a chance and learned my lesson. This was the first and last time I will use dreamprom.com. There were no tags on the dress, no paperwork included in the package other than what was on the outside of the package, and the dress, a full length formal, was folded up into a
plastic wrapper that was approx 12" x 12" When opening the package I thought it was a pair of curtains. Fortunately for us, my daughter is so beautiful she can make a trash bag look good.

***In your response dated today, March 26, 2013, threatening me with a lawsuit, if your records show I never made a purchase, please kindly refund the $187.29 debited from my account on February 26, 2013 by your company. If your records show I never made a purchase, then there is definitely a scam here, wouldn't you agree? The number I provided was the ONLY number found on the OUTSIDE of the package, since there was no other paperwork included as I stated above. You have publicly stated I never made a purchase and yet I have a bank statement that shows a transaction from my account to your company for a purchase that you said I didn't make. Hmmmm, there is a lawsuit in here somewhere."

"i ordered 5 dresses 55 days ago. they do nor reply to any emails.if write a review in review section of dress choice or once in a while i get a live chat person. i try everyday for last 3 weeks. i get numerous responses all different.last one was 2 done will ship third almost will ship asap. i say well what about other2 do i get refund no response. then one response about 5 days ago was order done will ship today. so sorry for delay do not worry. well guess what i had to go buy dresses to replace these so to save 100 it cost me double the 400 i have been scammed out of. i do not believe i will ever receive this order. my advice to any one reading this is buy local it will save you a lot of headache plus if there is a problem you will be able to have direct human contact where someone will answer your questions. i will never buy poutside of the us again. i have learned a valuable lesson and advise the same for everyone else. added note they keep telling me dont worry will ship asap be done in a week ship today guess what 65 days and have not received anything as if today april5 i ordered jan 31 hmm where is my money or my dresses please.
