It was delivered right on time, even a few days before expected, which was such a pleasant surprise because it was Christmas Eve. The dress is everything I expected! I am soo happy that I went out on a limb and ordered offline. My dress has way more quality than I thought would be put into it for the price I paid. The lace on it is just like most I've seen on designer wedding gowns and the taffeta used, instead of silk, looks just like silk and holds just as well. I will have to have the straps and length adjusted but that is minor. I had my eyes set on a dress that cost $2400 and I just paid $200...I really am soo pleased! I will recommend this site to everyone!

"Please do not buy ANYTHING from this scam website. I bought a $200 dress and paid to have it express delivered only to have the dress arrive late.
The dress is the ugliest, tackiest, poorly made thing I have ever seen. NOTHING like what was displayed in the pictures on their website.
I have emailed them 6 times, in four weeks requesting a refund - explaining that the dress was not like in the picture and that it arrived late. I have received no reply.

I found a dress for the holidays and was impressed by their size range and decided to send them my measurements to get my dress customized. The dress i got was not my size, or was it even the same dress! I spent $250 on it already and had to spend $150 more at the seamstress/alteration ladies. They say they will pay for the fix up, but after 5 emails, nobody has yet to respond back to me.

"This is a huge scam, i am just moreso angry that i did not research it to see customers flagging their disappointment and flagging this as a scammed site. The dresses they send you are NOT like those advertised in the picture. they stole those pictures off of other sites and what they send you is a cheaply made dress that is falling apart, has stiching tearing and pulls (like you caught the material on something) all over it. i ordered a very expensive dress for a company gala and when i received it, i could not believe what i was looking at. it looked like a 3rd grade arts and crafts project. i tried to contact them and even emailed them pictures, asking for a refund. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. they tell you to take it to a tailor (who refuse to touch these items due to how bad they are). FIGHT with your credit card company or paypal to ensure they file a claim/dispute. i am doing it now and hoping to get my money back through paypal since dreamprom is a fraudulent business operating scams."

"I had no luck finding a wedding dress when shopping in store. I was feeling rather discouraged so I decided to see what online bridal gowns had to offer. I came across one on DreamProm.com that I fell in love with. It resembled a dress from the Vera Wang collection that I really loved, but was only a fraction of the price. I decided to go ahead and order it after reading reviews of the legitimacy of the merchant and their quality. And wedding dress for USD 200? Can't beat that!

I was a little worried about the purchase as I did not receive an email of the receipt right away, so I called and was reassured everything was fine and a receipt was sent promptly. I am from Canada and I had no issues with the shipping. It arrived in a bag and the dress was folded inside out. There was no damage or dirt on the dress.

The dress wasn't quite what it looked like online. It bunched in different places, and the zipper and sash looked insanely tacky and cheap. The beading looked a cheap, but there was not much of it on the dress so it was not a huge issue. I liked the dress overall, but did not love it.

After contemplating to keep or return the dress, I decided to take it to a local seamstress in a bridal boutique. Obviously, they over charge but it was well worth it (considering how little I spent on the dress). I asked the seamstress what she thought about the overall quality of the dress and she said it was quite good. The zipper was replaced with a corset back, the sash was removed and replaced with a new one, and the bunches were removed so it fell naturally. Now I absolutely love it and it is unique! It looks like it would have cost way more than it actually did.

If you plan on ordering from DreamProm, I would advise that you bear in mind the quality of the "extras" on the dress (such as beading, sash, zipper, etc.) are not stellar, but may be able to be replaced. I had read other reviews which commented on poor quality of these things as well. I would avoid a dress with a lot of beading from this merchant. If you are considering purchasing a dress from DreamProm.com, you should expect to receive a dress slightly different than what you are seeing online and that you order a dress that a seamstress would be able to alter if need be. I would also caution potential buyers to be weary of the return policy--it sounds like they are reluctant to take returns (and you have to pay extra to send it back).

"DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMPROM! I ordered a MOB dress, and it arrived too long, which I don't really think was my fault. After speaking with their 'live chat' for literally hours, nothing was resolved. I was forced to purchase another dress, and the $20 discount they offered was not even applied. This company has TERRIBLE customer service! The 2nd dress arrived a mess. It was now too big, even though made to the same measurements as the first. How does that happen?? The workmanship was even worse than the first. Not only did the dress not fit, but it was a shade different in color, and had a completely different skirt. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. They also speak very poor English, which is frustrating and odd since they have an 'international' company. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE."
