"Apparently as of 3/29/2016, DressLily re-designed their support center format online. The customer CANNOT send (submit) any questions through this new system. The site requires to select the secondary question, however, there is NO drop down selection, except for "Please Select" choice. There is NO CHOICE to select. And therefore the request/question or whatever it is the customer needs to communicate is NOT sent/submitted to their Support Center. The error message kept showing up saying" Verify Code is Incorrect." Whatever that means, please explain. This company needs to come up with more effective, and actually WORKING online site for the customers to contact the company. I'm not sure what to think of this situation at this point. Hope somebody is able to connect to this company to find out why they are shutting down the communication from the customers this way. If it is computer program glitch, it needs to be fixed immediately.
I WILL re-submit a new rating after this customer/company communication situation is corrected, since I'm happy with the product I've received so far, although it is a l-o-n-g process to receive the items over several separate shipments.

As I indicated, I'm rewriting the review. After my previous review posting, Dresslily contacted me via e-mail ( I have an account with them) with a link which allowed me to submit the ticket for my order item that turned out to be sold out. They agreed to refund the amount as I requested and each time they responded within 24 hours. I appreciate Dresslily for following up with the communication immediately after posting my review on this site. As I indicated previously, I'm quite happy with *ALL* my clothes I have received so far. I like the design and the price is right! Dresslily have refunded the money, if appropriate. The process has been fair and prompt. I'm quite happy shopping from this company. I have changed the rating from 2 star to 4 star. The reason for 4 star is the delivery time can be quite lengthy. I just received a clothes today (4/8/16) that was part of the order that was placed on 2/7/16. But I 'love' the clothes I received, so it makes up for the wait, I guess. "

"DRESSLILY IS A SCAM!! they post pics of beautiful clothing stolen from other websites and send you garbage - made of flimsy material with holes in the fabric or defective. I received what I ordered in 1 months time, so dont save your breath. ALSO: YOU SEE A LOT OF POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THESE WEBSITES - DRESSLILY ASKED ME TO WRITE A POSITIVE REVIEW (and asked me to lie that Dresslily did not solicit me to do so) and for compensation, they would give me "D Points" so all the positive reviews you see about Dresslily are lies by people who have been paid to give good reviews.
