"Overall I'm satisfied shopping at Dresslily. The one thing I would criticize would be the product shipping process. It takes awhile for the product to reach its destination. Everything else is great, such as the service and the products. When I have an issue with a product once I email them I get a quick response, usually one to two days. There is a variety of products to choose that are priced either appropriately or low. Ever since I have shopped there I have not been anywhere else."

I have mostly ordered pillow cases, and I received all of my items within a month. There was some confusion with part of my order, but DressLily was prompt to address my issue and refund those items. "I ordered two nice wool coats to wear this winter in a size XXL, unfortunately when I received the coats they were a size "medium". I could barely get my arms in the sleeves. I created an online ticket which was a total waste of time, since no one ever responded. Needless to say I still have these coats small enough to fit me when I was a kid. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! ????????????????"
"Update... the resolution that was sent via email was no return policy on under garments and swimsuits. That is not a solution to me. Also to check the size chart, I did check the chart. It is also very misleading to your customers now former customers. Also, this specific swimsuit is advertised as a one piece but comes as a two piece. Oh I'm sorry both pieces have strings to tie each other together.
I bought that super cute Poocha dotted swimsuit in a 3x. It was advertised as a one piece. It came as a 2 piece and would fit a size 8 or 9 lady. I also paid extra for tracking but they never updated the tracking information nor sent an email with any updates. Even though I only paid a small amount for this swim suit, I still expect to get what I ordered. "
"I was cautious ordering from Dresslily after some negative reviews, which made me very pleasantly surprised when the process with Dresslily went great! I have now placed 3 separate orders, and have received 2 of them. The most current one, is currently in shipment, already in the US (so I'll probably get it tomorrow or early next week) and I only placed my order a week ago! They did have to send my first order in 2 shipments, however, they let me know, told me how it may take longer and gave me some options that best fit my wants. I really love their stuff, I have received clothing and jewelry, and both are great! The clothes match the charts they provide (outlines sizes in in. or cm, with a conversion chart) so when I received my swimsuits and shirts, they fit exactly how I expected them too. Well done Dresslily!"
"If the ad on Dresslily for the swimsuit I purchased had mentioned that it was made in and shipped from China, I never would have purchased it, since items from China traditionally run much smaller than U.S. sizes. When it finally arrived, it was of course much too small, as I had feared. Then I discovered that there is NO WAY to call or chat with a customer service representative unless it is before a purchase. False advertising, poor quality products, and no way to speak with anyone. I'm not happy.
UPDATE: Dresslily quickly refunded the purchase price and did not require that I return the item, which is appreciated. Their fast customer service response caused me to add a few stars to their overall rating. However, I just wish they had shown the country of origin on their advertisement, and all of this could have been avoided. But I appreciated their fast response to resolve the problem."

"They are so fantastic - great construction, clothes that can really take a beating even after a year so I keep going back for more! I've seen the horror stories but honestly, just measure yourself beforehand and it's all fine. One dress did get lost in the mail but they were excellent and refunded me really quickly. A really worthwhile place to shop!"
