"I ordered something from this site and here it is 3 months later and about 5-6 messages, still no merchandise and no refund in sight; much less helpful employees to talk to. In other words, if you order through them then expect the major possibility of just losing your money. This company is the most crooked company I have ever dealt with and would advise anyone to look anywhere else for merchandise because all they care about is your money and after they have it they couldn't care less whether or not you actually receive what you paid for. I can not stress how bad of a decision it is to order anything through this so called "business". Order at your own risk."
"I placed an order on 4/20/2017, even paid for expedited shipping. Now it is 6/7/2017 and I still have not received my order! I have continuously asked for a refund and to cancel my order but all I get is an auto generated response. I cannot reach anyone at this business to correct the issue. They cancelled part of my order. I was told the "dress" was the item holding up my order, yet I never received my money back for it and here I am still waiting. I was told my other item will be delivered around June 18. You have to be kidding me that means I have waited two months for an item I paid over $10 in shipping to have in a week. After telling the "auto generated" response system to cancel the order they told me to just wait for the item.
I strongly advise you to stay away!! They offer great prices but they never deliver, and then trying to resolve an issue is impossible. This site is a SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!!!"

"I ordered a swimsuit on April 12, 2017. I was notified that it had shipped on April 13 and would take 10-25 business days (Really? But ok, whatever...). The tracking showed that it made it to US customs on April 23. Nothing has been updated since. I waited the full 25 business days and on May 19, 2017, I contacted Dresslily to let them know that the time frame had expired and to start a "support ticket" for items shipped but not received. The response I received was to recheck the delivery/tracking information, recheck that my address had been correct and to call the post office because sometimes you have to pick your items up at the post office, despite ordering something to be delivered. If, after I have done all of that I still have not received my item by JUNE 13, 2017, I am to let them know. I responded to them by telling them that I was certain all of the information was correct and that the post office did not have my package and that I would like a refund at this point. Their response?
"As I have said in my previous message, your order has been shipped out on April 13,therefore your delivery deadline will expire on June 13. Please free to contact us after that date with all details requested above. Then, we will offer you a solution."
Are you kidding me? Why tell me that shipping will be 10-25 days for delivery if in fact it is TWO MONTHS? At this point, it's now June 6 and I've had to purchase another swimsuit and am just counting down the days until June 13 to attempt to get a refund. I highly doubt that will happen seamlessly. I'll never buy or recommend anything from Dresslily again... not because my items didn't arrive.... I get that things happen. But because of their lack of support for their consumers. Terribly disappointing. :( "

The clothing I purchased in the past have fit me perfectly, was pretty much how it was described on the site, and the wait on shipping isn't bad either!
