The ladder is a ladder and the price was good, however the main (only?) reason I bought when and where I did was to have this 10 foot ladder delivered directly to my home rather than have to transport it myself. On the day of delivery the trucking company tracked me down and pulled me from a meeting because they "needed dirtections to my house"?!?! Apparently mapquest has somehow escaped them.....or more to the point as it turned out they didn't want to deliver to a residence. I finally had them deliver it to my office and dealt with getting it home myself, negating the reason I bought to begin with. I am VERY unhappy with this purchase, the trucking company, and of course this vendor, who used that trucking company. "
