"I ordered what I was under the impression (from the guy who helped me on the phone)was 2" clear pvc. What I unfortunately got sent was 2" rigid tubing. Who is at fault for this mistake is up in the air, kinda me, kinda them.. When I took it out of the box, expecting 2" pvc, it was obvious that the product I got, was not what I wanted. I was still under the impression this was PVC, so I tried to call drillspot. The first call was very helpful, the woman couldnt answer why this pipe wasnt as thick as I thought it would be, "the manager had just left... they will give me an email tmrw" and she said she sent that person an email. I waited most of the next day before I called, never receiving that email. This next person I talked to on the phone was of no help. Trying to explain my problem of tubing being the wrong size to someone who admits they "have no idea what a coupler is" was very frustrating. I ended up calling another company, after explanation, they told me I had got rigid tubing.
I decided a refund was the best course of action.
Honestly, once I reached that conclusion, it was painless.. A quick email, a speedy response, print the shipping label, take it to the post office (I had to pay for shipping)... and Though it was just sent today, I expect my refund to be prompt.

Overall, not a bad vendor.. my main complaint would just be that they have ppl working the phones that are unfamiliar with common products.. frustrating. 2 of 5."
