"We placed an order and requested expedited shipping. The shipping charge was $30.69, rather than $6.12 for standard shipping. After I inquired, I was told that expedited shipping was still ground but it would be shipped from a closer warehouse. The $24.57 extra we paid for expedited shipping got us ground from Chicago to California, which took 6 days. The company apparently has a warehouse in Colorado (as it charges sales tax in CO), so our additional $24.57 earned us a farther ground shipment than necessary. The website lets us choose between shipping methods: Standard, Priority and Expedited. I'm not sure that the extra expedite charge does anything at all. The website is deceptive. The shipment was late. And we paid extra for that. We will strive to find another supplier in the future."
