Their prices are very competitive, there have never been any billing issues or challenges, and the products arrive safely and promptly at our location. Basically, perfect service!

I will note that all of the orders have actually been shipped from Grainger who are also easy to work with, but have retail prices that are slightly higher than DrillSpot. Not an issue, but just don't be surprised when your shipment arrives in a Grainger box with a Grainger shipping list."

"I have received the heater that I ordered today. The website listed that the delivery would take place in 3 business days. However, my order took 7 business days, more than double. Please also note that the freight driver will not bring the item to your door. My driver dropped the item on the side of the street and I had to move it to my house. Please consider that when it is delivered. This is not really DrillSpot's issue, since they are not the delivery company, but it is worth noting.

Once I have the stove installed I will write another review as to how well the heater works. I purchased the VCR352A heater with blower. "
