"Won't be buying from them again, they completely messed up my order and while they are being nice about fixing it it's getting silly how much it's messed up. This is an epic mistake of an order. I ordered 5 ink cartridges and only got 4, the two black I wanted were not there the yellow was in bad shape and I got two pinks when I only needed one. After a long phone conversation they said that the two blacks where in a seperate order and that they would send out a new yellow without requiring me to ship the bad yellow and extra pink back. Sounds okay right, until the second package arrived today and instead of getting two black inks I got another pink ink(it was damaged too)!!! That's 3 pink inks now when I wanted one and really need black! Regardless they are sending out the two blacks but this is taking far too long and I am now totally out of ink! If you don't mind the wait and hassle order from them because they have good prices and who knows you could get some free ink out them since they seem determined to really mess up orders but at this time I'm not sure I will ever get what I actually ordered and it will be over a week later then expected and needed."
