"Do not buy from this Merchant! They do not stand behind their products. Don't believe their message on their website, "Buy with confidence". I purchased a Rule 1800 GPH Pool Cover Pump, it worked (1) day. I called Drillspot to return and they told me Rule handles all returns because it was used. I bought it brand new. DrillSpot told me because I used it once they will not replace it. I call Rule and they don't answer their phone or return my phone calls. When I finally got in touch with Rule they told me my new pump wouldn't arrive for 3 weeks! Now my cover is full of water and getting damaged."

"First, I will say that I have ordered from Drillspot in the past and have always been happy with my purchases. However, with my recent orders I have been very unsatisfied. I received a partial order from Drillspot which was supposed to contain all of the items I purchased, so I had to call Drillspot, no biggie, I looked on Drillspot.com for a customer service number and to my surprise see that they have changed it from a toll-free number which is now a pay number. By calling them about my order I charged up six dollars in long distance fees.

The lady that answered the phone was wholly unprofessional, she talked over-me even realizing that I was still speaking and she was explaining away some serious mistakes that Drillspot made. In the past Drillspot was always good about stocking the items they sell on their web site but the past order I made they were out of four of the items I had order and they were listed as "available" when I made my order. Being that Drillspot deals in an industrial business with thousands of parts they need to accurately keep track of their inventory. It appears they are letting their customers do that now, by letting a customer order an item that never existed you are in essence putting the burden of inventory on your customer. Unacceptable!

As a long-time customer of both Drillspot.com and Grainger.com it is disappointing that I will have to discontinue my business with them. I should not have to pay a long distance call to speak to a customer service representative when I am dealing with a large corporation the size of Drillspot and Grainger. There is no excuse as to why they should not have a toll-free number, none!

I will steer clear of both of these businesses unless I can absolutely avoid it. "
