"Had never heard of Drillspot prior to doing research on the internet. Saw that they carried name brands of merchandise, so I placed an order for heavy duty shelving. I did have a question for them, wanting to insure I ordered the right part numbers, so I called Customer Service to equate their SKU numbers with the manufacturer's part number. They were very helpful, I ordered the right items, and they were delivered in 3 days. Ship cost was only $1.99. Am very happy with the product and would definitely use Drillspot again."

"I needed some compression fittings and found DrillSpot on the web. I found what I was looking for and was offered both regular ground and priority shipping with the dates that it would be received so I could choose. I placed the order on 3/28 and selected PRIORITY shipping which said it would be delivered on 4/2. I received a confirmation email from DrillSpot the next day, 3/29 saying it was shipped. I received another email on the morning of 3/30 from DrillSpot saying it shipped and that its scheduled for delivery on 4/4! I contacted the website via their 'chat' option and their response to my inquiry were three cut and pastes of their shipping policies and "no guarantee". I was surprised at the pathetic cut and paste instead of engaging in a real conversation...but then again...it is the internet. The parts I ordered are for a project on my FJ Cruiser and I'll be sure to let everyone know at the friendly site FJcruiserforums.com to NOT do business with DrillSpot.com."

"Great prices; pathetic customer service. I had a blown fuse in a machine and needed replacements. Fuse in hand I looked it up; matched up the specs with the picture in their catalog and ordered it. Sure enough, the fuses were different from the picture; with no warning on the picture that it might not be accurate. So they have a description with a picture that depicts something different, I guess. I called and customer service said it was my fault (that inaccurate pictures are standard and I should know better) and would only return them if it was their fault; and even then a restocking fee. I was put on hold and nobody came back. Since it was just a $20 order I just let it go; but wanted to give heads up. I wouldn't order any big ticket items from these folks. Ask all your questions before you order, because what you get is....what you get; it might not be what you think you ordered. "
