"I wouldd NOT purchase from drillspot again. Although the price was very
competative, thier support was non-existent.
I recieved the item and it worked for about one hour. I called drippspot for a replacement, abd was told to contact the manufacturer. I could understand if the item was purchased months However,it just delivered. Also, thier return policy states that the item must not be used to qualify for a refund. How can you tell if a pool pump is any good without trying it?

"I came across drillSpot.com a year or so ago. I was looking for heating parts that the local stores didn't carry. My family and I own income property so the items I look for are not in the usual supply chains. We usually have to purchased from one store in the area which allows them the ability to mark up items quite a bit. As I was saying earlier, I was looking for heating parts and drillSpot not only had the exact item I needed, they had several in stock, their price was $70 cheaper and was able to get next day delivery.

I have since purchased on 3 other occasions and they have consistanly been cheaper than the local heating supply store in my area.

"can't comment on what i bought cause i may never get it. after they shipped it they sent an email saying it may require a signature. said nothing about that til then. so i called the company and yes turns out it needs a signature which is gonna be hard for many reasons. if i can manage to be home and and ready to sign for it i found out a new problem. the customer service guy said the shipper may not take it off the truck for me cause it weighs 135 pounds. that's a deal breaker as i am disabled and in a scooter. if they said all this upfront it may have saved us all a bunch of trouble"
