TONIA, CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, GAVE ME A NEW PART WHICH SHE SAID WOULD WORK, EVEN THOUGH I MENTIONED DOUBTS SHE EMAIL ME THAT IT WOULD WORK. BECAUSE OF THIS I PURCHASED. ITEM ARRIVED BUT WOULD NOT WORK FOR SEVERAL REASONS (MOTOR SHAFT WOULD NOT ALIGN, PULLEY WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE AND SHAFT WAS SHORTER. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAIVED RESTOCKING FEE BUT WOULD NOT REIMBURSE FOR MY SHIPPING BACK TO THEM. IF TONIA HAD DONE HER WORK, I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED. "
