"I ordered some humane mouse traps, but the items I received were significantly different from the items I ordered. When I contacted their customer service, they said they would create an RMA but that I would have to pay for tracked shipping to return the items, even though it was their fault. They also stated that their images are "not guaranteed since they are provided by the manufacturer, therefore we provide the best information we can." However, their product information about the mousetrap was that they were plastic and weigh 0.5 lbs, I assumed that I was receiving the plastic version of the picture. I am highly disappointed with their policies as they do have a 15% restocking fee on top of wanting you to pay for the return shipping. They were willing to waive the 15% but still wanted me to pay for return shipping."
