"I ordered 3 Engineer's Black Books from DrillSpot.com - and when they arrived, they were printed in Spanish. When ordering these, the picture of the book clearly has the title printed in English - and you would never dream that you are ordering a book written in Spanish. (The books that I received had titles written in Spanish) After a customer service rep showed me where to find the "Spanish" version ~ I found it, but it is definitely not indicated up front. My point is that nothing in the picture of the item indicated that it was a Spanish book ~ so it seems very deceiving to me. NOT the best way to clearly show people what they are purchasing. I had to re-order this to prevent paying a 15% restocking fee ~ and also had to pay return shipping ~ when my order shipped free the first time. For me, this has not been a good experience. "
