I ordered two pairs of Edsal Adjustable Bench Legs. The boxes were smashed and broken open during shipping (no fault to DrillSpot this is a common problem with Edsal’s poor packaging). One of the boxes was missing a bag of hardware, fortunately that’s all that was missing from the small parts just thrown into the box.

I notified DrillSpot of the condition of the boxes and the missing hardware. After a day or so DrillSpot notified me of a credit issued to cover the cost of the missing hardware.
