Was told it was already shipped. I was given RMA but no shipping label. I'm convinced the company wanted me to pay the shipping for return. "I have tried to order parts from DriveWire twice, and both times either the whole order or half of the order was not shipped. I waited and waited until finally calling and it was THEN that I was informed that the parts I ordered were out of stock or backordered. Won't order again."
"Overall it was positive for the most part minus one little situation. My order was shipped in two different shipments. One was UPS which I received tracking for once the order was placed. The other was shipped via FedEx and I received no tracking info nor any confirmation that the order was actually shipped. I sent an email contacting the company (it has been one business day and still no response so I was going to call soon) in regards to my missing shipment and if there was tracking and if it had been shipped. To my surprise and delight, I had a door slip for a missed shipment the next day when I got home from work. It at least shows it shipped and I should have it tomorrow BUT I was a bit uneasy having received one shipment and having NO CLUE if the other even shipped and it had no tracking. Overall the shipping process could be better with more reassurance for a customer if things are shipped in separate shipments. But in the end they were shipped fast and right away. Just uneasy not knowing if it had shipped or not."
