"The order was delivered ok. Problem I have is that I ordered the wrong part and after going back and ordering and paying for the right one I have yet to receive an RMA to return the original order. I have requested it twice and have not been given any response. Make sure you order the right part the first time. It appears if you are not writing them a check- they don't know you."
"overall, very good. There were 3 glitches, however: the first was that I never received an email confirmation with tracking info. Second, the shipment, to my business was sent FedEx Home, which works Tues through Sat The shipment was scheduled to arrive Saturday when we are closed, so I had to have it intercepted and held, then pick it up myself. Minor PITA. Finally, there was a small problem with one of the headlights itself: a shipping brace had become detached, allowing a second metal wire brace to migrate and then wedge inside the headlamp near the outer lens. Tricky to retrieve, but did it using an oversize nylon tie"
"Just a little disappointed that one item arrived within 2 days of ordering and the other took 7 days. Don't know any of the details of where they came from,
but I was told 2-8 days and that was met.
Ideally they both would have arrived together--but again, I don't know where the 2 items came from."

"Well... When I completed my order, I didn't get a confirmation number, my screen just went white. Didn't hit my email quickly, either. Other open tabs worked fine, no user error. But, the 24 hour support did make with it quickly. Then I recieved three separate emails for my three separate parts that were separately charged and separately shipped. From the same order. Then the tracking numbers slowly trickled in. First was for the clutch, which arrived before the number did. Then the timing belt, which came near on schedule the same day. I waited patiently for the water pump tracking number, but was planning a weekend job. The online support informed me that it would arrive 6 days(that's today) from the time we were speaking. The next day phone support informed me I could be reimbursed, and to just let them know when it arrived so they could assist me. I chucked a few more dollars at my money pit and got it fixed. The part came in today and I sat down on chat to find out what needs done. 15 mins later, I called phone support and after sitting on hold there was told I would receive an email detailing the process. Instantly I had a message!......telling me I would get another email in 2-4 days detailing the process. I direct a multitude of expletives and a plethora of profanity at this site. Or I would, but I hope that other potential buyers get a chance to read this. Don't believe the hype. Check against your local part dealers. I payed $16 less(after shipping) for the water pump. I will not be using this, or any similar service for the foreseeable future. In short....thppbt!!! "
