"Wow, where do i begin? I am not pleased what so ever. To start off, i ordered a part on 12-16-2011 to be shipped 3 days later (paid xtra). Got an email saying it would be shipped late due to back order. Got an email today 1-16-2012 stating the part will not be shipped and to call them to see if there are other parts to replace it with. So i called and they told me that my payment was refunded already. Simply put, my account will not accept incoming transfers/deposits. It is an EDD account.As everyone with an EDD account knows, ONLY the EDD can put money into the account. So now i have to wait 7 days just to call back to say my refund didnt go through. youd think drivewire would want to keep my money and ship me another part but they refused to listen to me. My experience with Drivewire has been nothing but trouble and ill make sure everyone knows not to purchase from Drivewire. Not to mention their customer service is outsourced to the phillipines. Which makes dealing with the company very frustrating. Youd think Talking to a manager, that he would compensate you or try to make you understand, but not in this case. Then the manager had the nerve to ask if i wanted to place another order and pay yet again... lol Yeah right! "

"I needed to make a return and they made every effort to make it as difficult as possible. I never recieved the address label to return the item as was indicated in the email I recieved. In the end I guess they won. I wasn't able to use the part but put it in inventory and hope I can on someone else's car.

I will never order from Drivewire again, and I placed them on the do not order list in our repair group. In the end it will be there loss. Next time honor your return policy as indicated without question.

My overall experience...

fairly quick shipping only nine days from ordering to delivery,

Good price for a complete fuel pump assembly,

Not satisfied with purchase (fuel pump tank gasket not shipped with fuel pump) so not a complete fuel pump assembly,

But other than the missing gasket needed to seal the fuel pump in the fuel tank my overall experience was fair,

My satisfaction is lowered quite a bit by not being able to install the new fuel pump assembly without the gasket in my family car, that has been without a working fuel pump since January 7th,

So my overall experience with the first time use of Drivewire.com based on this one time purchase leads to a satisfaction rating of Somewhat Dissatisfied.

Thankfully I can get a new gasket at O'Reilly Auto Parts tomorrow and replace the fuel pump finally.
