"At 1'st very satisfied with the customer service rep i spoke with. Took the survey and gave all excellent reveiews. Was told 3-5 days for parts to arrive. Been waiting 2 weeks now. Called them and was told another 2 weeks, asked to speak to a supervisor and said I could if I wanted to hold for atleast 30-40 minutes. I asked why so long to speak to a supervisor and she said she was busy to go and look for him, and it would be a waist of time because he would say the same thing that she had just told me. Mind you, my part is a window regulator being shipped. I told her that I could have drove their myself and picked up the part and drove home and installed it in less than 2.5 days. Very dissatisfied, was lied to about time frame of when i would receive my order. Also was going to leave a second survey opinion, but was disconnected after speaking about my order. WILL NEVER - EVER !!!! use them or recommend them again. BEWARE!!!"
