"As with many other costumers that have ordered from Drop Zone, we too have also been scammed!!!! My husband wears BDU's because he works outside daily and these pants allow him to wear sweats underneath comfortably. We ordered 5 pairs of these pants and have not received them. Their website guarentees shipment within 5 - 7 business days, but that is a false statement. I have sent several emails with no response. The telephone number listed in the yellow pages states that the number has been disconnected. All I can say is "Buyer Beware". We are out $120.00, which by the way they debited out the day I purchased. Please don't buy from this company unless you have money to give away."

The BBB of New Jersey could get nowhere with these people and eventually I had to get American Express involved.
Amex refunded my money as they could get no response from these people either, I hope Amex has revoked this business' merchant status.

"Like nearly everyone one else who has written a review of this vendor I to have been robbed by them. Their prices drew me in, but their shipping blew. I made the mistake of ordering from them three times in two weeks. The first two orders arrived more than three weeks after placing the order and having my credit card charged immediately. They packed the wrong sized pants in the second order. After leaving three messages on their answering machine with no reply, I sent an email. It too has gone unanswered. "After 47 days with no response from the company using email and voicemail I submitted a complaint to the BBB of NJ and the NJ Attorney General. Since then DropZone has contacted me and shipped the original order. It appears the orders are marked as shipped but looking closely they can find no cooresponding tracking information. After finding this they shipped my order almost immediately."

These people are rip off artists. I placed my order on April 19, 2008. Despite several emails and phone calls to them I have had no response to any of my questions and most importantly no merchandise. I reported them to their local Better business Bureau who also had no response to their inquiries.

The BBB sent me the following email:

"I am currently working in Afghanistan and needed some equipment. I found what I thought was a good deal with this company, and placed an order on June 8th, 2008, and paid with my credit card.
It is now July 29th, and I have no idea what the status of my order is. The link they send you with your confirmation email has not changed since day one. I have made several phone calls to the number listed on the website, and reached the answering machine. I have left messages with no response. I have also sent numerous emails, and have not had a response to those either.
Do NOT order from this company. They will take your money and give you nothing in return."

"This was my second order from this company. It took many emails and phone calls on the first order with never a response from Drop Zone Army Navy. The order finally came after over a month. The product was great and met all expectations.
Thought I'd give it another chance and this has been 2 months with no response at all. The below is thier shipping notice and still no product or conatct. I have made many calls and emails with no answer at all.

"My husband is an Army Vet our son just joined the Army, this past Sunday May18 our Church asked that all Vet & current Military persons wear their uniforms. I went to this web site to order the items my husband needed to complet his vintage uniform but never got the items. I have since filed a complaint with the B.B.B. in my state & called the B.B.B of New Jersey. I hae also filed a fraud complaint with my bank & got my money back. My husband canceled the order & now I have passed the word on to several of my Military friends who are NOT HAPPY at all & wil be letting every-one they know not to shop at this web site. people like this shouldn't be in business."
