"I put in an order for shampoos and lotions and was excited about the great deals I found. However, I waited for a little over 3 weeks and I still did not get my package. I tracked it and saw that it ended up in a different state. I contacted the company and they agreed to send me another package -- same scenario with the replacement package ending up in a different state. I finally asked for a refund and thank goodness they were able to give me one. I don't know if it was drugstore.com or the delivery/shipping company, but I don't think I'll ever order anything from them again."

My simple order for toothpaste went through fine. It's become increasingly more difficult to get my toothpaste at stores, even Amazon. Drugstore.com had it at a fine price. Bought enough to get free shipping. 3 business days later it was at my door. Good enough for me."

"I never had any such bad experience as today when I contacted your customer service. I placed an order on 26 Apr and Drugstore charged my credit card saying that my item is shipped. I did not receive the item and I almost forgot about it. Today when I saw the status it says shipping label is generated on 29 Apr. Since today is 12th May so I wanted to know the status. They said the item is out of stock and it never got shipped. We are going to refund your money. Luckily I remember I called these guys otherwise they would have taken my money and never returned it. When I complained about that the CSR told me that she didn't take the money but company did. I will never do business with you again."
"Drugstore.com sent me a coupon for $10 off $40. I made the purchase. The cart showed the coupon and showed that $10 was taken off. The total I approved was what I expected. The confirmation email showed my credit card being charged for the full amount (no coupon-$10 overcharge). It offered me the opportunity to cancel the order because it had not been processed. I went immediately to the website and saw it still had not been processed and cancelled the order. I wrote a complaint to customer service. They replied with an automated response that no one would look at my complaint unless I hit "reply" to have it submitted to a real person. Then I received an email that I could not cancel the order because it had been processed. This is a ripoff. You shouldn't have to examine subsequent emails for new charges, and new emails that have new hoops to jump through to be able to complain. They shouldn't send coupons, claim to honor them, and then overcharge. I have been a longtime customer, but now worry that I never doublechecked the confirmation emails.

"THEY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!! I ordered an organic papaya face kit. Now beauty products, especially organic ones without preservatives, have a distinct shelf life. The products I received had an expiration date of 08/10...uh its 2013. Not cool. I didn't even realize the product was OLD until I USED it, noticed it had an "off" smell, and my face broke out in a horrid allergic reaction. Buyer BEWARE. They did refund my purchase, but how can I ever trust a company that does this kind of stuff again? I can't. Shipping is another issue. While fast, you can never guarantee you will receive the package! Happened to me 2x! They use a shady shipping service called Lasership."

"Been an online loyal customer for over 10 years, prices were competitive for many items but not as good as Amazon, Walmart etc. on others. However, over the years there have been ongoing problems such as not getting my email rewards notices and many more web site bugs and glitches than average online retailers --- Specifically at checkout (wrong sub totals, rewards points not deducted, etc.) Even though I am higher than average in tech ability and trouble shooting such issues --- would finally have to call into CS to make corrections and consummate purchase, but usually would get good customer service to compensate for inconvenience such as courtesy expedited shipping. However, today experienced the proverbial straw that broke camel's back! At final checkout select payment method page, the system arbitrarily charged for a 5th item that was not in my shopping cart that I had not and did not want to purchase. This increased my total by $62! After trouble shooting for over 1/2 hour, called in and got inept, to put it politely, 1st tier customer service rep (an oxymoron). Was told problem was on my end and needed to erase cache and cookies (Wrong! I had already done so before shopping their web site. Cannot go into all details, but asked for a supervisor --- put on hold for over 7 minutes after saying I would only wait a couple. Then Supervisor Brock came on. He was worse than 1st person. After explaining and referencing in detail the tech issues, I asked for a courtesy expedited shipping to compensate me
for my frustrating, stressful and time consuming experience at the Drugstore.com web site that had malfunctioned yet again. he replied that because I had already been given several in the past (over years,true), the answer was, NO! --- This was even though each time in the past the reps acknowledged the problem was at their end. So, after spending hundreds and returning only 1 item over 10years, this was the customer service I received. They deserve to be blacklisted and I will never order from them again and suggest to all of you that you do not either unless you are a masochist! Also, even with the paltry rewards credits, their prices are now much higher than most online retailers for the majority of items!"
