"I was looking to buy a new TV stand, and after a few weeks of research, I found the one I wanted. Several different sites had it in stock, and for pretty much the exact same price, so I wasn't sure which one to choose. I had a question about the delivery process, so I sent an email to 4 stores. Literally within 5 minutes, I received a helpful & informative reply from Michael, of Dynamic Home Decor. I followed-up with a couple other questions, and Michael replied as quickly & helpfully as he did with my initial inquiry.

I would highly recommend Dynamic Home Decor, not just because of their selection, prices, and shipping speed, but also because of Michael, who obviously cares about his customers.

"Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Dynamic Home Decor. My corner console arrived in 6 days (would have been 5, but FedEx is notoriously slow in my area and the box sat on the truck for a day). Unfortunately, the box was pretty beat up and, as I carefully unpacked everything, I noticed that there was some very noticeable damage to one of the pieces. I wrote to Michael to let him know to see what could be done. He requested that I e-mail him pictures of the damage. He immediately replied that he would be sending me replacement parts. They arrived in a matter of a few days and were triple wrapped and very protected. I have never dealt with a company that so readily did whatever it took to make things right.
I will absolutely be returning to DHD for any furniture purchases in the future."
"I ordered from this store and waited for my tracking ID via email. I never did get it - but that is because my item arrived just 2 days after I'd ordered it! In fact, I was just about to check my email for the day when I discovered that the boxes had already arrived! The packaging was more than sufficient to protect the item, and none of the parts had any defects that I could detect. I have already pieced together my item, and it is everything I had hoped it would be.
I went with this company because I had read some of the reviews and the only customers who were dissatisfied with their orders seemed like very unreasonable (not unlike the type of people I run into on a day to day basis!). Its one thing to hold a big corporation to a web pricing error, but to hold a smaller company to the same standards is really cheap and unfair IMO.

Dynamic Home Theater
The owner of this website cancelled my order for Plateau W 30 Speaker stands without my permission. I am amazed this guy is still in business. He made two pricing errors and he wrote me that he can't ship them because they were $0.00. Well I sent him two of the three sources of proof that his website had this price for two items that I ordered and that it is the responsibility of the online reseller to ensure that the data in their catalogue is correct, and they have nobody else to blame but themselves if it is not. He cancelled my $99.98 order for the speaker stands with all the other orders I made (chair and entertainment furniture). He made a mistake and he believes that he doesn't have to pay consequences. He said he would remove the items that were priced at $0.00 but he still has those items which were $0.00 on his website."
