"Overall the centralized communication from the Director has been terrible. I don't know if it's b/c the company doesn't allow her to communicate to the parents regularly or if she just doesn't have those skill sets. Now there is no director because she has resigned and no one has yet communicated to the parents the timeline for when we can expect a new director. The teachers do a great job with communicating via the app but due to COVID protocols I never see them. My child will be 2 in a month and I've received no update on plans to move him to the next room. Overall my experience with this daycare is being in the dark as to how it is running. The hours changed and I had to find out from another parent who was told by a teacher at drop off or pick up. The only reason why I don't switch is because I live in Manhattan and my options are limited."
