"Last week I ordered two textbooks. I have used this service before, so I expected both books to arrive on time. Only one did. I received an email five days later saying my second book wasn’t even at the warehouse and they will let me know when it is. I emailed them about my book but got no response. After four days with no other contact, I had to order my other book elsewhere.
