"I ordered a lab manual for cat dissection and received the general lab manual instead. Maybe they matched the wrong isbn to the Cat Lab pic or messed up a different way. In any case, I spent over $100 on a book I can't use and am falling more behind in lab every week.

Delays and Absurdist Chat Support

"Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, my order experienced significant delays (still haven’t received one or my books). And dealing with the chat customer support function was a nightmare. The only silver lining was that actual phone customer support was somewhat helpful. Regardless, because of delays I will never be using eCampus again. "

Two of the books you ordered had the availability of “Usually Ships in 3-5 Business Days", this was listed on the website at the time of your order. This means generally it takes 3-5 business days for the items to arrive from the publisher/vendor before shipment. However, during peak season it can be a little longer it just depends on the supplier. Due to the delay, the shipping was upgraded to UPS two day at no charge and $10 of the original shipping cost was refunded to the original payment method. Saved my life!!

"My sociology teacher let us know last min we needed a textbook that would have cost me $130 dollars!! I found ECampus and was able to get my textbook for $12!! It would’ve been like $4 but I chose express shipping so I could have it in time and it literally came within two days. Will definitely be coming back here and if you’re trying to save money on books for college, give this a shot, you won’t be disappointed. "

Horrible Company

"DO NOT USE eCAMPUS! This company is very sneaky with how they advertise on their website. I purchased a book that advertised in the title that it would include an access code, where I can access my assignments and homework. Later, I discovered after receiving my book via UPS with NO access code, that they put in SMALL print that access codes may or may not come with books that are rented.

Then when I tried to return the book to get my hard-earned money back, eCampus stated they will not be refunding my full amount back due to their "restocking fee." NEVER WILL I USE eCAMPUS AGAIN and neither should you. This company claims on their website they are here to help students get college books for a cheaper price. Well fellow students, this company is not helping us out! They are banking on you not seeing the small print so they can pocket some of your money. I am disappointed that I made this mistake but hopefully from this review, you will not make the same mistake as I did. Now more than ever, it is important to stop giving money to companies that don't care about their customers but only care about making money, by any means possible.

TO eCAMPUS:
I WILL be contacting student affairs at Georgia State University, one of the largest universities in Georgia, to have your company blacklisted due to fraudulent and predatory tactics directed at consumers, namely, students of the University System of Georgia.

"I’ve never had issues with ecampus before, but this time was frustrating. I paid for next day shipping to be sure I had my books in time. All my books were in stock, but one didn’t ship until a week later because the supplier hadn’t filled the order. I tried to contact support, but never got an answer. I still don’t have my book and classes started two days ago. It’s a little frustrating. Other than that, I ecampus has good prices and typically fast shipping. "
