Efloors is great! We required our flooring within a specific timeframe and they followed through every step of the process. I am assuming some of these other reviews are due to lack of communication but Efloors certainly went above and beyond our expectations. I personally have recommended Efloors to my neighbors, who have already ordered new floors also. Thanks again!"
"Purchased 2 transition pieces and 1 nose end laminate on dec 1. Got email stating item in high demand. Received well packed items on dec 16. However none of the pieces were correct. The stair nose was way off but the transition pieces looked like the product until you typed in the isbn number. The transition pieces were not the amber walnut but a autumn rose which is very similar. I fear they were tying to pull one over my head. Replied back that day concerning wrong product. Informed product would be shipped in 3-4 days. Called 4 d after and they said dec 29. Email later that day said dec 22. Called dec 29 about pieces Rachel said they will be shipped tomorrow and I should get them on the 30th. Called on the 30th and they said product arrived today (they said they were in yesterday at 1 pm). They gave a shipping ups number which said product arriving Jan 5. On dec 19 I asked if product would arrive by dec 31 to allow product to acclimate 2-3d for install. They verbally and wrote in email they would have no problem with the deadline. Now I have to pay extra to have installers return. To me this was very deceptive and dishonest. Would not recommend anyone using this unless they have 3 months to fool around with efloors to get your product. I eagerly await if they send me the correct flooring. "
"Echoing the reviews on delivery. Do not count on their notice of delivery within 5-7 business days. Their customer service namely"Rachel" is awful and does not follow up with anything asked. My order was to arrive by the 5th, I called on the 8th after receiving no email confirmations and was told they'd call me back. Didn't hear from Rachel so called again and was told I "should" hear from the shipper by the 11th. Still no word or confirmation so called again today to find out the shipment is in Ohio (I'm in delaware) and won't even arrive in delaware until the 15th. I have to call the shipper to resolve this. I would never recommend this company. "
"This is an update to the review I wrote below on 12/5. We were contacted by efloors by email a day after this review posted.
I was contacted by the manager and today, 12/11 a credit was issued to us via PayPal.
I do want to add that the flooring we received was great and was the exact flooring we had seen a local flooring store. The price was also very good which is why we ordered from efloors to begin with.
Placed online order for flooring and trim pieces. When shipment arrived via UPS Freight trim pieces were in 2 cardboard tubes, both of which were split in half. Driver noted damage on documents told us to call UPS. UPS said merchant need ed to call. On 6/4, day after shipment arrived, we started a series of calls over several months speaking to 4 different people 5 different times. It started with; they were waiting to hear from UPS, to talking to manager Brittany, to I am so sorry check will go out "today". Still don't have the refund. I am sure UPS has reimbursed them. We did call our credit card company to file a dispute. Unfortunately, they said we waited too long to bring the issue to them. So I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At this point it isn't even about the money. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Again, we would personally not do business with them again, nor would we recommend them to friends or family."
"I ordered 300 sq. ft of Armstrong flooring, stair nose, and reducers. I was told all items were in stock and to expect delivery in about ~2 weeks. A week after placing the order, I received an email that the reducers were on back order. I called their customer service number and the woman assured me that the flooring and stair nose would still ship on time and that the backordered reducers would not delay the shipment. Another week went by and still no tracking number from Efloors. I've been calling every day this week to get a status on my order and nobody seems to have any access to any information regarding my order. I've finally heard back from Efloors with a tracking number, so hopefully my order is finally on its way."
"Told the product was in stock when I ordered on 10/20/2014 and that I would receive it in 3 to 5 days. Did not get emailed shipping tracking number, so I checked on order 10/23/2014. First call I was told they would check with purchasing, then call was dropped. Second call back I was told they were waiting on the "T" molding to ship out. I requested and they told me they would ship out without the "T" molding today. Did not get shipping tracking number so called back to check on order. Was told they did not have the flooring and that they would receive it Tuesday, 10/28/14 for shipping to me. I will update after checking back.
Flooring was shipped the next day. Packaged nicely and delivered with no damage. They may have been late, but for the price it was worth the wait. Would have been happier if I was told that it was not in stock up front. Would definately use Efloors again."
"The only good thing so far is the price. Totally misleading regarding delivery timeframes. Was initially told that the items will get to efloors on 10/15 and I will see it on 10/17. On 10/17 I was told that it will only be leaving efloors on 10/17 and that I should get a tracking number by the end of the day. It's 10/18 and there is no email with tracking. The main issue is that the delivery address is 150 miles away from where I reside and all I'm looking for is correct and straight information so that I can schedule my time accordingly.

I was originally promised a delivery to me on 10/17, not a shipment from you on 10/17. It is a total lie that you sent me an email with the tracking number on 10/17. Somehow the tracking email has a time stamp of 10/20 11:27am. On top of all of that, the trim that came in does not match the floor color and does not match the pattern of the floor. I understand that the issue with the trim is an Anderson problem, but that does not help me in any way.
And there was no need to post my last name in your response. You should take privacy of your customers more seriously. "

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the moldings I did not even know I needed! Efloors is also a great resource for product information. I downloaded the care guide directly from their website and now I am all set. Flooring is installed and looks beautiful. I have already recommended many friends to Efloors. Terrific experience. "
"I ordered a floor from efloors on Sept 22nd and it was advertised as in in stock item that would ship next business day. However a day after ordering I received a message stating that "The product you have selected is currently in high demand and will not ship within the specified time frame." So I called and asked when it would ship and was informed it would ship by Friday the 26th of September. When I did not received notice of shipment I called on September 29th and was told the item would not even be in stock until October 1st and it would "probably" ship then. Which would put arrival AFTER my flooring guy is booked to install it. (I did build in some buffer room, but when an item says it will ship next business day you don't expect it to ship two weeks later) I also got no actual apology and no offer of recompense or to expidite shipping for their faulty advertising which by the way still says the product will ship next business day on their website. I would not recommend efloors to anyone.
Edit: It is October 2nd. I called efloors and they said they had received the item but can make no comment on when it will ship or give me an estimate of when it will arrive at my house. efloors commented on this review that my item has shipped but I have not received a shipment notice, meaning they are trying to look good for you (readers of this review), but not actually holding up to that. "
"Will never use efloors again, only interested in getting your business and when their is a problem refuses to settle it in a timely fashion. Offer more excuses than a truant high school student for not being in class. Requested as to when my refund will be given for damaged flooring in July 2014 and it is now sept 2014 and still haven't received my total refund. Spoke with a Elizabeth and then passed on to a Brittany with no resolution. I have been constantly told waiting on the shipper and I've worked in shipping and no claim for damage shipments take this long to get resolved."
"I waited to receive my order before I answered your request for a survey. You really shouldn't survey your customers when they haven't received their order yet. It's annoying. Anyway, everything arrived as expected. The only additional issue I have is that you sent me an email stating that I would receive additional updates regarding the status of my order. This did not happen. I was expecting to receive updates on when it was shipped, etc., but I never got another email from you regarding my order. Fortunately I was able to get the shipping number and check the UPS site myself. Otherwise everything was fine and I gave you the highest rating because your price and selection are excellent."

"My experience thus far with EFloors has been extremely negative. I placed an order of August 7th and spoke to a very nice young lady, who was able to confirm that as I needed my order in a short space of time that it could be shipped directly from the warehouse. My adhesive and sealer came directly from Efloors and arrived in a timely fashion. As of today August 18th my order is still not complete and I had to consistently call EFloors as they apparently do no like to return calls to inform their customers that their order has not shipped. Even after speaking with the Vice President, and receiving assurances that tracking information will be provided, I am once again chasing them for an order that should have been delivered last week.
I now have a contractor that is being delayed and is extremely unhappy, as am I. This is costing me additional funds and I see no resolution in sight as they apparently have no real interest in assisting this particular customer."
