"I wanted to get our floors done before Christmas and was thrilled by the fast delivery! I was also worried about the color since I just guessed and ordered online, knowing the colors might be exactly the same. I went by the description. If they are as easy to lay as it sounds we will get this done in plenty of time!!"
"Well, the item (stairnose) was not originally on their website. So, they did place it on the website, and we ordered it. That was very nice to see that they can get these items.
Today, however, my contractor installed it, and we see that it is a different color than the flooring. So, I don't know if this is really the Shaw Pebble Hill Hickory flooring in Warm Sunset, or not. I almost wonder if this is a knockoff, or, if they just sent the wrong color. Its a close enough match, if we keep the lights off. Not sure what to do with this now....."
"I continue to order my floor cleaner from them. Always prompt!
Thank you !!"
"Pricing at Efloors is highly competitive. Great selections to choose from. Ordering was easy. Product was delivered timely and in excellent condition. "
"Estimated shipping was 5-7 business days and it came in less time. Haven't used it yet, but excited to try it out in the next couple of days."
"Quick easy ordering, intuitive website, and quick delivery = Winner, Thanks"
"Ordered transition pieces on 10/26. Got an email saying they are back-ordered, after I already payed. I called customer service and was told I will receive a call the next Monday to finalize a shipping date. Still waiting for that call. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I may not have my product for weeks or even months later so I could have selected a different company to purchase from. I was misled into thinking it would be 5-7 business days."
"I had a large order of wood flooring and mutiple tile orders. Some of the flooring ordered was not delivered. efloors worked with the freight carrier to get a refund of the missing flooring. In addition, some of the wood flooring is defective and efloors is working with the vender shaw to help with a resolution."
"First, I was super happy about my order experience with efloors. They had a great selection, the only online store to have the tiles I was looking for my bathroom, at a decent price. I decided to order the kitchen tiles at the same time.
They told on their website that they would ship within the 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, they could not deliver the bathroom tiles on time and I had to cancel this part of the order. They issued a refund on my credit card for the tiles. The good thing about this company is that you actually talk to someone when you call them which is helpful to manage this kind of problems.

"Update as of 7/31 - the damaged flooring was replaced and a refund for quarter round that was originally purchased (on 5/8) then immediately cancelled (on 5/8) was just refunded via check. I never recouped the cost of shipping the damaged flooring to efloors ($68), but it wasn't worth fighting them for. The second round of flooring came with one box of damaged flooring, according to my contractor, but he just worked around it. He also felt that was an Armstrong issue, not an efloors issue, since the damaged flooring in THREE separate shipments, by three different shipping carriers (kind of - UPS, UPS Freight and Estes) involved a dented left hand corner. Overall, although it took some time to get these issues resolved, once we started the ball rolling on a resolution, it worked out in a reasonable time frame.

Original Review -
Same issue as many other complaint majority of flooring is damaged. Called Armstrong they say contact seller contacted efloors sent pictures, ups examples of damaged flooring still no response PAID approximately $1300.00 for damaged merchandise and now cannot move in without floor not being installed. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Look at the all the reviews regarding damaged flooring received, and efloors response is "that's false". Really? How could so many customers in different states have the same complaints and all are false? What a scam!!!!!
in response to your comments, the order # is listed, since you made contact via email directly with us it must be correct. In addition you received photos in May were emailed directly to you multiple times and most recently physical samples packaged and received by efloors on 6/23 via UPS at a cost to me of $68.00. I would greatly appreciate your help since I've paid for the flooring over a month ago and only received damaged flooring and therefore cannot move into my condo that I closed on 4/22."
"These people are cons. I ordered flooring and it never came even though the charged me fully. Afer 2 weeks of calling and asking where it was, I finally cancelled the order. One week later, I still did not have a refund. I called and was told they "forgot" to refund me. I disputed the charge on my credit card. HORRIBLE company."
"I would like to thank EFloors for their incredible customer service. There were 2 boxes of flooring that was damaged upon delivery. I called EFloors customer service and within 2 days I had 2 new boxes delivered to my door!! At the time I had contractors here working and told them about my issue and when I had contacted EFloors to resolve it. They were blown away with the incredible speed this was taken care of. Thank you EFloors for going above and beyond!!! "
"E-Floors or anyone affilated with Efloors will not appreciate this complaint but it deserves to be heard. I initially ordered over $1300 worth of wood from efloors. Before the order was completed, I reduced my order to an $800+ order. After waiting almost three weeks, it arrived. Almost every single piece of wood in the order was damaged in some way; borken, crushed. The boxes that it came in were open and it was very poorly wrapped. I immediatley contacted BRITTANEY at efloors as she was who I had been dealing with from the begining. She advised me to take pictures of the flooring and send them to her, which I immedatley did. She had not contacted me by the next day so I contacted her. She told me she had to get with the shipping department to see if they wanted to have the wood shipped back or discarded and as soon as she spoke to them, she would contact me. Again, two days later...no call from Brittaney. Again, I called her. She then informed me they did want the wood shipped back and would set that up and let me know. I, at that time, informed her that I had not received my first refund from when I changed the order from $1300 to $800. She claimed it was a delay due to pay pal. Finally, after numerous phone calls and emails to her, I got my refund for the first order change....NOT for the damaged wood I received. After that, she still had not contacted me about the pick up of the damaged wood so I once again contacted her. She then told me she had just spoke to UPS and they would be calling me to set up pick up. Since Brittaney had lied to me numerous times before, I asked for the name and number to the UPS lady she spoke to. Guess what, she never called UPS as she told me she had. They had no record of her calling at all. So, me still trying to get my $800 refund set it up myself. I made sure Brittany knew it was set up and at that time she told me the second that UPS picked it up and she was notified I would immediately receive my refund. It was picked up yesterday and she was notified within 10 minutes of the truck leaving the driveway. She told my husband our refund would be given by the end of the day. It is now almost 3:00 THE NEXT day and we still do not have our refund. I have called, emailed...you name it I have done everything I can do to get my refund. This has been the absolute most awful buying experience I have ever had and I do a lot of online business. EFloors has lied and lied and lied to me and has caused myself and my family to be displaced an extra four weeks from our home. I do not recommend EVER ordering from this company...EVER. Not only did they ship me VERY damaged wood, but now they are not giving me my refund. I hope anyone reading this listens to my warning...dont buy from them. And as far as Brittaney goes...she is a liar and deserves to be fired. EFloors website is an absolute lie and you will play hell getting your refund back. This was absolutely nothing to do with us. They sent us damaged wood that we had been waiting on for two weeks and now two weeks after that (4 weeks) we still do not have our money and had to buy wood elsewhere."
"Great service, awesome prices (1/2 the price of what I paid for the same flooring at a bricks and mortar). I was a little nervous after hearing some of the reviews here, but my experience was great - will use them again if I have flooring needs."
"I ordered 2 hardwood floor samples on approximately 4/8/13. After a week I phoned e floors to ask the status. They told me the order was sent a couple of days before and should arrive shortly. After almost 2 weeks I phoned to let them know I hadn't received the order. I was told by a support staff that she would look into it and phone me back that day. I never received a phone call. Too bad I didnt need them anymore as I had ordered them from another place which managed to get it delivered in 4 days. This other company(I will not mention name because my intent here is not to advertise for them) sent a full length board for free. E floors sent 2 small sample pieces and charged $6.00 for shipping. "
