"I was not impressed with the Armstrong Locking Laminate Flooring (Euro Terra Cota). Over half the planks locking edges were damaged, and roughly 20% of the plank surfaces had random white patches, almost as if the photo process failed to print the stone texture. Add to this that several of the planks had edges that weren't straight, leaving small but noticeable gaps between planks even though the edges had snapped together.
I've done other parts of my home in laminate and had none of these issues to deal with. That laminate was not an Armstrong product.
After much pounding, the job got done. If I wouldn't have had to pay shipping on the return, this is one product that would have gone back to efloors. Armstrong is no longer on my list of companies I can trust to deliver a high quality product.

"We ordered Mannington flooring in February. The flooring was shipped very quickly. The laminate planks did not seem to be installing properly--would not click and lock. We filed a claim with Mannington and they replaced the flooring. It has taken six months to get it exchanged. It was an awful process in which it seemed no one from Efloors or Mannington knew what was happening with my floor. I was told many times by Efloors that they would check and call me, but no one would ever follow up. We our currently installing our new flooring which seems to be better. We have never received our trim pieces that were ordered in February. I have called and emailed with no response. I think I will be pleased with end result in floor, but the customer service I have received has been beyond terrible."

"The order arrived timely and in great condition, the driver was so nice he used the pallet jack to deliver my order right to my front stoop, talk about great service. My flooring was safely bundled all on its own and securely wrapped to prevent any nicks or scratches during transit. Fantastic overall, would highly recommend and am looking forward to using this company again when I need flooring for the rest of my house."

"I will never use efloors again. I was informed the tile I ordered would not ship in the time stated, due to it's popularity. Since it would not arrive in time, I phoned efloors to cancel my order. I told the girl I wanted an email confirmation of my order...I finally had to e-mail them to request a confirmation of the cancellation, which I finally received. In the email, they stated my credit card would be refunded that week. WHAT??? They charged my card BEFORE the order shipped? AND the product was on back order? Who does business like this? It is now 2 weeks since I cancelled the order AND MY CARD HAS STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED! I've contacted them and they apologized for the oversight. Still have not been refunded. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Never using them again. Follow up 7/23/14. I was told on 7/7/14 I would be refunded within that week. Yes, the refund was issued on 7/17/14, but not posted to my account until 7/23/14. My money was taken the same day I placed my order, but took 13 days to get it back?"

"There was no information about the two types of installation for my chosen
flooring. That information up front would have been helpful.
Also, I have not received a confirmation of the shipment yet.
So, I am concerned if I actually will receive the 8 cartons of flooring
that I purchased.

"Order you have requested a review of has not yet been received. We had to reorder a box of tiles as all of the tiles in a box from our first order were broken and unusable. The box was in perfect condition so we didn't think to open it during the period in which we could make a claim for damage as we were not ready to put the floor down. Sharing this information so others will not make this same mistake."

"My experience with ordering from EFloors.com was wonderful. My problems began when trying to get the shipment delivered. The floor was shipped UPS Freight and although UPS FREIGHT TRACKING stated a date for the delivery, apparently that was the date the floor was to arrive at our local Terminal. When I contacted UPS FREIGHT to confirm the delivery to our home, I was informed they could not give me a day or time as they didn't know when a "lift-gate" truck would be available. Very disappointed with this service as now I've scheduled a Contractor and I have no idea when we will get the floor. EFloors was wonderful, UPS FREIGHT not so much!!!!! As we still haven't received the shipment, I cannot rate the OVERALL SHIPPING PROCESS question."

"I ordered 4 samples, received 1 in about 2 weeks . My credit card was charged but I did not receive the other 3 samples. I cancelled my order after 6 weeks and asked for a refund. No refund but I did receive the 3 samples 3 months later. This was a test to see if I would actually order flooring from them after reading all the negative reviews. The answer is no I would not order flooring from this company. Also, they don't answer the phone very often."

"Shipped faster than estimated and arrived earlier than expected, which was great. It appears as if the shipping was slightly mishandled and some of the glue was jarred from it's container (the only thing in the package) but given that it seemed packed well enough I would have to blame UPS and not efloors for that problem."
