"I made my first purchase from micro X-press on thursday, July 3rd 2003. I was a bit worried given the low-ish rating here on resellerratings, but quite honestly I was extremely pleased with their service.

First, the price on the item I wanted, an intel ISP1100 1U server chasis, was the best I could find on the internet, including ebay. Second, there webpage seems to be laid out in a fairly organized way, and compared to some of the other sellers I just purchased from, makes a lot of sense. Third, I got notification and a tracking number from them right away. Forth, I recieved my server chasis on the following Monday with normal UPS ground shipping. This was over July 4th weekend! They must have gotten the order out that thursday for it to get here so quickly.

Overall, though I had no need to contact their customer support, I'm very happy with all other aspects of the company that I have interacted with. I'd be happy to purchase from them again in the future.

I have always recieved the product I've ordered, when I have had problems they have always been very helpful in assisting. Many of their staff are from Ukrane and can often come across as rude but I have discovered this due to language barriers. They have always gone the extra mile and I am happy to consider them my friends."

"MicroX-Press failed to accept a DOA video board for replacement or refund. The only option offered was to take up the issue with a manufacturer that has gone out of business. Mike Green (owner) personally confirmed this "policy." I would never do business with this vendor again, as both customer service and ownership were completely inflexible, even in light of the fact that the manufacturer is out of business."

"I bought a MB and was very pleased in all accounts. I have purchased mice, keyboards, cases, etc. from them as well in the past. Worth a check while shopping around.

My only out-of-the ordinary experience that I had with them involved shipping. I had ordered all the parts (including the case) for my first-ever computer build from another company. They sent everything but the case (on back-order). After three weeks (call me patient!) I finally cancelled the case portion and reordered it from Micro X-Press. Since my patience was used up (and I wanted to build the box NOW!) I had them ship it FedEx overnight for Friday delivery (yeah, $$$ I know). Well they had a problem getting it to the shipping dock or whatever and I found out after calling them that it wasn't going to make it Friday - their error. I did ask them to ship it anyway for overnight Saturday delivery and they did eat the additional charge. This was the only issue that I had with them and I felt that they did OK in their fix. I have been happy enough to have been back several times since then."

"Was hesitant as price was much lower than competitors and MX-Press had mixed customer reviews, but ordered Intel motherboard on Sunday, shipped Monday, arrived Wednesday. Received new, sealed, and in-the-box item exactly as ordered. I don't see any reason for the wide range of reviews but my experience was very positive. I will buy from MX-Press again and would recommend to anyone."

Very fast shipment, very knowledgeable salespeople and technical support reps, and in the rare instances I have actually had a problem, it has been a breeze getting a replacement. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone. They aren't as cheap as some others out there, but for peace of mind, it is well worth the few extra bucks."
