"I ordered a battery on 4/4/2012. The battery lasted little over a month, I emailed them back and the person who responded to the email said the battery was under warranty and that I could send it back. I sent the old battery back on 5/14/2012 and I emailed them on 5/23/2012 to see if they had received the battery. It is now June 14th 2012 and no email, no nothing. I emailed them again on June 14, 2012 and someone finally answered and replied that the battery hadn't been returned. I could not track my package through the post office because I didn't put delivery confirmation on the package. They are now sending me a replacement battery on June 18, 2012. I'm glad they are sending another one but this whole process has been rather complicated."

"I'm so glad I ordered from EMTC, that I'm going to tell all my friends to get their batteries there. They have the most price competetive platform, and supply brand name goods. Others I considered deal in knock-offs, so this means a lot to me.
Also, EMTC provided me very quick turnaround and Tracking number for my order, so I know when to expect it's arrival.

"I placed an order for seven batteries from EMTC and two weeks later, the envelope arrived in the mail empty. Someone had slit the envelope open and taken the contents?!? It would have taken all of three seconds with the packaging as it was. Emtc was good and offered to send another package. I wrote a reply asking if they would consider other shipping options after what happened. I would pay upon delivery, or I would send them more money, any amount they wanted at this point because I had ordered for others too who were still waiting with no working phones. I would do anything to avoid waiting another two weeks to possibly get another empty envelope. Instead of writing and saying they did not wish to use another method, they sent a generic email saying they use USPS first class mail and do not charge for shipping. That was all it said. A form letter. I knew that, because the site said just that, and obviously USPS First Class mailing did not work for me last time. The three of us combined our order to save sending out three packages with postage expenses. That saved the company $7.60
I wrote back asking if this email meant that they would not consider another shipping option and reminded them that I would pay for it. I heard nothing back so I wrote and asked if they would at least consider taping the package a bit more securely so the batteries were not so easy to steal next time. Within an hour, I received a message saying, "We have canceled and refunded the transaction to close out this case. Thank you for your patience and understanding."
Sure, I have patience. THEY DON'T. How about a brief moment to say they they don't have time to make special concessions for people,or they don't feel like it,or I can't be bothered helping you, or we dislike all Canadians, so buzz off already?!?? My order contained items for three different clients, not just me. This type of cold customer service sucks. I needed those batteries, as did my waiting friends and family. I was willing to have FED EX come directly to them, pick up the package and bring it to me. What was the big deal on their end? Hey, if they have such a great business that they don't care about disappointing people, yeah for them. In the meantime, I was telling eveyone about this great site to get batteries and after having this happen, I wonder how great customer service would be if their batteries had an issue. You can't even get a real person to respond or care about simple questions/requests.
You should question dealing with a business that could care less, and may not be a lot of help if you need it. I was not unkind, unfriendly, bothersome or demanding. I offered them more money, and sincerely explained my need along with my offer of extra money. It is sad when any business loses sight of the person on the other end of the email. I wrote a letter asking them exactly what I did wrong to get this treatment, and if I get a reply, I will update on here. This survey along with our written comments asked how likely I was to shop with emtc in the future and I chose NA because they refused to let me have my order, basically saying they do not want me as a customer. I never had a choice. Try this phone number I found on Better Business Bureau website ***-***-**** for emtc

"Ordered Energizer cellphone batteries, not "equivalent" or "just as good as". Got unbranded knockoffs of unknown quality. Contacted EMTC and was told I could return them AT MY EXPENSE for a full credit. So they tried to cheat me and want me to pay for the experience. That's why I use a credit card online. They can have them back if they send me a prepaid envelope otherwise I protest the credit card charge."

"They responded to my email and order quickly.
They're located in my state so the order was shipped and arrived quickly.
They're prices were about half of what others were charging.
The battery pack was physically smaller then the OEM unit but has same rating and plugs in fine.
Battery is charging, so I have not had the opportunity to use the phone yet.
