"Received the item (elec. remote control) in good time and in good order. I thought that the unit was supposed to be new, but was used; not sure if I recall properly however. The item works perfectly thus far and cleared up the problem with the Sony HDC-C900 Home Theatre System. The system was stuck in Repeat mode and intermittently wouldn't read the DVDs. Removed the Repeat mode with the remote and system works perfectly and sounds jammin'."

"I think this company is a complete rip off. I order a 6 volt battery for a remote controlled PT Cruiser for about $10. I received the following email message:

"Thank you for your recent payment. We will be sending out your order today 1/6/2012 8:45:27 AM via US Postal Service from CA with the following tracking number (9400110200828254088772).

It is now 4/23/2012 and I have yet to receive this battery. I have followed up with Paul Godwin numerous times without resolve. He keep telling me to provide him with the tracking number (which I did) and he would look into it. Nothing! I never received my battery. Poor customer service. If this company did this to other customer think of the profit they would make ripping people off. I will never do business with this company again.

I was not even offered a refund. I hope this will help others from getting ripped off as I did.

One star is too high of a rating for this company.
