I was told the refund would be issued after a few days. 4 days later I called them and politely asked what the status of my refund was and the next day It was back in my paypal account. I expected the refund to be automatic on their part but at least their customer service did get my refund processed without too much trouble."

"I ordered a game on 06/25 from them which was in-stock and ships in 1-2 days. I specifically went to them for this game because so many other sites had it out of stock or on back order.

I wait till 06/29 and still no shipping confirmation so I contacted them on live chat asking status and they tell me it is not available it's on back order. I understand these things happen and expressed I was upset that I should've at least been contacted about this. They tell me it will ship on 07/02 or 07/03 at the latest.

Today 07/05 I contact them on live chat because still no shipping notice or email explaining it is further delayed and am told it is still on back order so I cancelled the order.

My main issue is not that they miscounted there inventory, but rather after 5 days they did not tell me and I had to contact them. And then to tell me it will be shipping on this date, miss that promise date and still not contact me."
